Yes, we do! We offer volume pricing on all our products. If you're ordering across multiple categories, just get in touch with us, and we'll be glad to create a custom package that fits your needs.
At Embroidery and Ink, we are committed to delivering a seamless and efficient experience. Production times can vary, but we will begin work promptly upon receiving your approved artwork and deposit or full payment.
Your order is our top priority, and our team at Embroidery and Ink ensures that every detail is meticulously handled. We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing you with exceptional results as we guide you through each stage of the production process.
For production items, you'll receive a proof via email after placing your order. Once approved, the production and dispatch time is up to 3 weeks. Since custom products are made to order and vary by size, lead times may differ. We'll notify you of any changes to the timeline at the time of your order.

- 6 - 8 Weeks
We generally don't have minimums for most products. However, some print methods may require minimum quantities. Due to setup time, shipping, and apparel sourcing, ordering in larger quantities often proves more cost-effective.
We’ll certainly do our best! We understand that sometimes you need your prints quickly, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate urgent requests. If it's possible, we'll get it done for you!
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
50% Deposit or Full Payment Required Before Production
Please Note: Full payment is required before goods can be released.
