We strive to fulfill your apparel orders promptly, with a typical lead time of up to 3 weeks from artwork approval. For a more accurate timeline, please inquire about our current lead times when placing your order.
Promotional :Items under the promotional tab may take 4-6 weeks from artwork approval to shipping or collection. This extended timeframe is due to the on-demand sourcing of certain products that we do not keep in stock.
Given the custom nature of our Embroidery and Ink products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds once an order is placed, except in cases covered by warranty.
For warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering all associated costs for sending items back to us.
